Zhejiang HEC Machinery is the fourth factory of JJ group, located in Taizhou, an economically developed coastal city of Zhejiang Province, a vibrant manufacturing city. The first co***ny of our group was founded in 1986. Our initial vision is to cast world-class products, focusing on the development of aluminum castings with complex structure. We also provide products for industries such as sustainable energy, railways, automobiles,heat exchanger parts and defense. Our co***ny adheres to the principle of mutual benefit and win-win, products export worldwide, mainly to western European and American countries with excellent quality and reasonable price. We have established long-term and stable cooperative relations with several top 500 enterprises in the world. In order to better serve customers, our co***ny has set up a sales & services office, assembly and testing production line and bonded warehouse in belfeld in the Netherlands, where close to German border since 2012.
Our group covers an area of 200,000 square meters, with a production capacity of 70,000 tons annually. We have Tooling-,Casting-, Machining- and Assembly workshops, advanced production equipments and testing equipments, we have about 200 shooting machines from hot and cold core boxes, about 100 horizontal and vertical CNC, and X-ray machine, spectrum analyzers, CMM, mechanical properties testing equipments, etc. With exquisite and strong technical know-how and completed testing equipments, we provide high-quality products and first-class services for global customers, especially those in Heating, Automotive and Locomotive industries. We mainly produce aluminum castings with complex structure and many cores combinations. We can provide various casting methods such as sand casting, shell casting, gravity casting, low pressure casting and high pressure casting.
